ok when i render it into a video (.mov) how can i make it show wha the camera is looking at? If this is hard, can u please send me a tuturial on cameras? thx in advance to the 3ds max guru who answes back !

your question is confusing
but i think you mean showing the cameras view instead of perspective?
if this is so, then at the very bottom of the render window, there is a drop-down box that will list everything that you have - perspectice, left, front, top, and cameras
but using that method you will only see from that camera - to change cameras throughout the movie, you have to use video post - video post is a bit more complicated and cannot just be explained - play around with things

Select a viewport and press "c" on your keyboard. Be sure to select a viewport you wont be using.

yes. when you do set a camera into your project, you can switch a viewport (left, top, perspective, what not) by right clicking the name, and choosing the camera you've just set.
you can find out more by reading the users manual.
