I think it's a great site in terms of functionality wise.
Here're some of my ideas.
1. About layout, I would add some graphics about jobs or professional business people in the plain space next to your logo, 'cause you're kinda wasting that space while some graphics can speak a lot more about your company.

2. Top nav, I would have some darker backound than what you have now just to divide your nav system and the space right beneath it.

Well, just my 2cents
Your site might help me to find an employee later ...who knows..

Thank you for your feedback over time I will try some different things with it... I am working on building traffic for now and gathering tons of content (it is king). I do plan to build this website into a large career seeker community. I will look forward to doing business with you in the future.
