    Preloader - External Movies .swf

    How do I make a preloader play until it loads an external .swf to take it's place on a certain level? I tried "loadmovie" but doesn't seem to work correctly on dialup. (I'm probably doing it wrong). And I would prefer not to use multiple scenes. Is this even possible?


    Button[_.root] ==> Preloader.swf[_.level1] ==> External.swf[_.level1]

    I am new to flash and would love some help

    show us how you did it, even if it's wrong. maybe a small tweak can fix it.
