what do you think about this layout/navigation

i like it pretty much so far, but i think it could use something else... or something better ... site is just for show.. showcasing a bike my friend's dad has -jus practicin navigation and actionscript in flash...

Im not a big fan of the pop up main page.
Its a bit too small for me.

I agree, the pop-up could be a bit bigger - my first reaction was to close it, I thought it was an ad. Maybe let the user click to get the pop-up, don't force it on them.

I like the color changes, and the line and circle animations. The mouse over blue highlight on the bottom could use some work, and if I'm looking at a motorcycle, I want to look at the motorcycle--so I might recommend putting in some more pics, small ones if necessary, but something.

Bimotas rock.

All the boings, blips and pings are annoying.... I really like the music though

Agree the music works well. Flash is pretty tight as well.
