    2a updates Pittsburg Penguins

They must have complained because the header was to big. I'd have to agree on that one, there was too much wasted real estate in the old version. The new version is much more user friendly. Have a look...

When this site came out, I didn't really like it much. It's not a bad site, looks better though..

Nice layout but does NOT fit the black bg in the back there... could be fixed with edges around the layout or something... or make that black bg white or greyish

Is this page an XML engine that talks to the Flash MX file? Or SQL? 2A is masterful when it comes to this (Vulcan)
I see more and more of these types of sites coming out. What is a good way to go about leanring how to do this? In a broad sense.

eheh... Thanks. My only beef is that someone at penguins is the person to do all of the updates on the graphics that go above all of the news stories. He has made some "personal modifications" to the templates I made a month ago. Each time I visit the site I hold my breath in hopes he hasn't gone crazy with animated GIFs.

And I'm guessing (and only a guess!) that the original large header was done while not being aware of the general NHL banner and links that are added at the top?

There's nothing worse than a client who insists on editing your templates. I have several who, literally, mess up the original designs because they believe they are artistic geniuses. I really hate that.
