*joke*..i was looking in my 3ds max 5 documentation books i got when i bought the program and was looking at the surface madifier...after reading a paragraph i got an idea..and from there it works..i live those books..and they only cost $40 for 3 complete books with over 900 pages each...every detail of you max you need to know..i would suggest you look into it i got it at the discreet store
school is slowin me down a bit, but all i really have left to do is the interior..but thats a job in itself which takes time..i'm thinking twice if i should do it or not
That's lookin' sweet, Vatchmeister! Looks like it's about ready to roll off the showroom floor. The reflections and shadows on the lower part of the car are very nice.

i went back and have already added an inercooler, i also edited the headlights so they don't 'buldge' out of the front of the car as much, and i am starting from scratch with the inside of the headlight...after doing some refrence research i realized i modeled it wrong..so now it will look even more realistic...thanks for all the posts

hehe yeah I know. looking good though...nice renders. make a short film clip...I wanna see it in motion...even if it is just a camera going around the car...still wouldn't mind seeing it. only if you have time though mate.
