What's in a name?? AND I need one...
...a company name, that is.
I was always under the impression that a company name should indicate, to a certain degree, what that company does.
Nowadays, however, it seems as though obscurity is "in".
HighCTR, Chapter3, Ninedots, Fuel Industries....just a few examples of names that in no way relate to the services offered.
The reason I ask is this: I'm trying to think of an "in" name for a prospective company, formerly known as Digitech Designs. Digitech seems like such a cliche to me, as well as (now) being unoriginal.
Anyway, what do you think?
Go with something obscure and hip sounding or think of something a little more descriptive? Or should it just remain Digitech Designs?
If you can think of any words that might sound cool in a name, by all means throw them down.
I'm currently thinking along the lines of *something Interactive where *something is replaced by the cool name I haven't though of yet.
Any thoughts/suggestions would be greatly appreciated.
Thanks!

Bad Monkey
finding the name is only half the battle, finding a domain that hasnt already been sold or in use is the other half.
