Can anyone help me with this effect?

On this site at the top left side where the picture is...how do they do that effect with the continous movement going back and forth across the image?

Is there a tutorial someone could share with me or can someone provide some help?

I think they just took the picture and maked a movie with a alpha bar that moves from the one to the other side. Then punt in the movie serveral times.

That can be posible, but why would you make it so ... not easy !

But i understand what you mean ... only actionscripting this will be a lot harder then my way ... i think ...
