In my case I did not charge alot for the design there was no written contract and no FLA's were diuscussed at all. The clients became very demanding asking for this and that change and not wanting to pay for the extra time... Now they want the FLAs so they can make the changes they want themselves. They probally figured it would be a cheaper route. So thats mu situation I'm sure its not uncommon. I want to charge them $100. per site (there are two sites). i don't think thats outragious at all.

I think i figured out a better way - extract .as files - give those to them. That way they can edit any text, values etc. in the script, and they wont need the .fla.
