dynamic html menus

im wondering how to create dynamic menu's such as the one seen at: http://www.gbrchallenge.com/gbr/

im not really looking to learn how to handcode them, morely understand how to generate them in dreamweaver, i know i was once told dreamwaver can, but i cant seem to find any such thing in the help menu, can someone help me out here
