GetURL to make html page show up in flash window?

lets say u have a flash website

and on part of that website, you have a window made in flash

in this window within your flash website, u want to be able to use an actionscript to get it so that the html webpage that you specify shows up on your site, but ONLY in the window that u made for it

is this possible?

I dont understand what you mean by 'window'

If 'window' is a certain frame (not a timeline-frame in flash, but a frame from a frameset in html), then you can load a certain page into a certain frame with the getURL action.
If 'window' is some enclosed space within your flash movie, then the answer to your question is 'no'.
