Lightwave

hmm...i got lightwave few days ago and i started to leran that ****...i've done 3d before like swift but that is like so much more complicated and has so much more possibilities too...so heres the thing...i looked up some lightwave tutorials to help me get started...so i found THIS tutorial...i did some others from there too like the swirlies and **** and that was easy...but..after i had drawn the legs and made a disc in the backround layer and aligned it corrrectly and i want to to rail extrude the it wont work.....i dunno whats the problem..maybe someone can tell me a lil bit more persice about how to to that....

I don't use Lightwave so you will excuse the lack of precise knowledge.

After you applied Rail Extrude (Multiply > Rail Extrude), is there any button you can press, then select the "Rail" or spine you created? Maybe like "Select Rail"?
