    Help plz

    I have a movie with sound. I have diffrent sounds for ppls voices and things, so it is not a sound track. I set the sounds up to run on the frame that the ppl start talking in. Here is my problem. Before the ppl open their lips, or get on screen for that matter the voice is being played. By the midle of the film the whole sounds have already been played. How do I get them to play in sync? I set them on stream.

    I once did run into a similar problem and I used a smart work around.
    I had this long animation and this long speaker text.Well over 1 minute long. The beginning and the end had to be syncron. On a a slow computer the sound always was double as fast as the animation.

    I simply did cut the sound to 10 small parts.
    Than I timed each single sound cut on the flash timeline with the animation seperately.
    The work around did satisfy my needs!

    It is not one sound track. I have difrent sounds and placed them on diffrent layers at diffrent frames. They are short and I have keyframes in places I want them to end. I am guessing this is what you meant by saying cut them into ten. But before the frame gets to the point that I have the sound start, the sound plays. How do I stop it?

    To stop sound from playing on and on try:

    stopAllSounds();
