Whats the best way to change the color of pics such on the SEDUCE page in VARIATIONS:

I am talking about Photoshop/PaintShop Pro

You can change the color of an image in photoshop by clicking on its layer and then pressing Ctrl + U to open up the Hue options.

Click the colorize square at the bottom right and then slide the bars as appropriate.
