Install problems w/ PHP Turbine

Just a few ?'s about the PHP Turbine install, I initially tried to install on my local PC (XP Pro w/ IIS/.NET) and I get the choice to enter the version, after copying the dll's to their respective folders and then re-running the run-time installer from the turbine directory, it still gives me the erroro message that it cannot locat the php.ini. What am I doing wrong?

PHP Turbine run-time installer looks for php.ini inside your Windows directory, as suggested by the PHP installation - are you sure your php.ini is inside the Windows dircetory?
