London Hiring: Wheres a good place to put a job?

Want to be quite careful here, as I don't want anyone thinking that I am sneakily trying to post a job!

Well I am trying to post a job but not here!

The thing is that we are looking to hire a junior HTML developer, someone with heaps of motivation to do the role, but not necessarily any commercial experience.
We are resisting offering this out to our normal recruitment agency routes, as we are sure there are plenty of talented people out there without having to pay out 20% of the prospective salary to some agency.

There's obviously heaps of choice for paid for listings, such as monster and jobserve. But I am not sure how much web developers actually use these?

So I was wondering, (to all UK/London based people) where to you go to find work?
