    you can make those designs with 3ds max/cinema 4d and photoshop, or with photoshop alone with a variety of filters...
    Nope no filters, filters are for noobs. Mostly airbrushing, along with 3ds max renders.

    Almost finished (with step by step animation)



    The attachment (was made in photoshop with wacom just like above)...

    then I have some grunge works as well I'll post next.
