Hi there
situtation is.....
Have done a presentation on a CD... i have a email form so that people can send mails if they want to.... but i want a script to see if the user is connected to the net. if they are fine...the mail is sent..if they are not then a window/message pops up to tell them to connect first....
any Ideas ....
Plzz plzzz...
would be a big help if i can get some ideas as to how to do this....

hi, not familiar with this sorta thing but.... u might try looking in sumwhere like, actionscript.org or sumthing that might have a script to test whether ur connected or not by testing ur ports or if the modem is active or sumthing , then intergrate that into a reply box.
