pretty sure that's the former lead singer of Buckcherry. However, he bears and uncanny resemblance to my best friend in high school... (creepy).

Agreed... perfect for the client. I dig it.

The way those big old stoney panels moved around reminded me of your average gamers' sites, but I could also see the many details that showed the mark of mad skilz.

I'm not impressed anymore by pierced & tattooed punk kids anymore, but I thought the band was tighter than your average rockin teenage combo these days. I cranked it. Gotta admit, the tattoo the kid has on his back is amazing.

    Click a song first.

The volume controler is for the music player not the site music.

Ya.....that's what I was doing. It doesn't turn at all. Clicked all over the thing. I'm viewing through the 'guest' section btw. It might be working for the members and not guests. Or the inept factor.

Well hasnt 2A accomplished dealing with negative post. I remember one of the biggest complaints of designers was that 2A remakes there site for all their clients. So now they seem to be taking a different swing at it. Still great effects and great skills coming from it though.

I love it. The dark and textured style seems to work very well for what it is. Pretty small file all things considered, though 800+KB is still a little high by my book.

It is definately nice to see a different style from 2A, shows a little more variety in their talents and skillset. Hopefully this will open their prospective clients' minds a little to what is possible and they will stop asking for 2A replications.

Great bandsite. Quake graphics. Very heavy looking site, but still it worked perfectly except that picturegallery part. Overal very nice and this should shut those doods mouths who says that 2a is only one style house.

What comes to business this is a very good idea. There's huge money in artist branding business. Seems like 2a is also heading to that goldmine. First you have to show that you can do it, only after that someone could be willing to buy it from you.

(uhh, that must be agaist all the laws of english, sorry )

There are those of us at FK who still maintain that a one-style design shop is just as powerful in the field, but, yes, this is different than their other work and still maintains the usually high-level of design that 2A has produced since I've kept track of them.

The site is not the problem....The music is just awful....Who is this guy anyway, I have never heard of him....I am assuming the website is a way for him to get recognized and make his one hit wonder money. Site is cool, Band is not.

The best thing about 2A's latest site is that it really absorbs you into the vibe of the client (Josh Todd). I believe that (potential) fans of this rockartist would feel themselves right at home when they visit this site, that's a good thing!

But still, I believe a few details could be done better:

    - The site could use some small sound effects, (like rusty chain sounds or something, when the background moves, etc...) I think it would add even more atmosphere to the site.

    - The initial loading is a little long, but I guess that's just unavoidable if your using textures and music tracks.

    - On a personal taste, I don't like the background pattern, it doesn't fit with the rest. And it reminds me to those old Windows 3.11 background patterns.

The first part where you enter site after its loaded.

The text seemed to bug my eyes. Ohh well.

    Pretty.
I can only postulate the probability of performing at a paramount level of perfection praised by the pulchritudinous paragon whose only practice is to preserve such a paradigm.
