    Need some advice

    hey Jonathan...

Awhile ago you did a great demonstration, http://www.wildform.com/videos/TEST/...5lrg_Flix.htm,

for me converting a Quicktime to SWF. Convinced me and a client that Flix works great. Having a problem now with a project. I can't get the same high quality after my conversion that you did. Looks OK but not great.

    I've got a 720 X 480 50,000KB AVI file. 9 seconds of :30 fps video. Posting this would be a problem lol.

I've tried Flix SE at the highest settings (30fps, high datarate, 2 pass ect, and still getting unacceptable quality. This has to be the best possible, and at this frames size, as it is the clients animated logo.

    Process...
    1. Transfered from DV cam to premiere and exported to avi with cinepak codec. Also tried quicktime (350,000kbs), sorenson video codec and still no improvement after the Flix. AVI and Quicktime look great.

Any tips or let me know what setttings you suggest would be greatly appreciated.

    thanks

    Hi.
Flix Pro offers superior quality to Flix SE.
That probably explains the difference in quality that you are seeing.
