    Animated ocean ripple effect in Flash? Need help...

    You know the ocean ripple effect under the distort filter in Photoshop? How hard would it be to make that type of effect in Flash animated so that it really looks like an ocean? Looking for that cool water effect. Anyone have any ideas on how to do something like that? Any tutorials? Any quick FLA's they can make? Thanks.
