    Importing Swift 3d files into flash...

    How can I import Swift 3d files into Flash MX and use hte mfor my website?
    I'm still learning Flash!

    lol.
    render your work (previously select the SWF save type), save it as swf and then import it into flash using IMPORT from the FILE menu.

    hmm.. if you have swift3d v3.0, you can also make full use of the SWFT export option. been using this, and according to the swift3d help file, "the main advantage that you gain by using the SWFT file format is the ability to render your scene using our SmartLayer Technology". yes. but i still dont know what good this does over importing swift3d .swf into your flashMX. can somebody please enlighten me on this matter?

    The .SWFT format allows you to render out to separate layers. Static elements, animated elements, shadows, reflections, and highlights can all be imported into Flash as a single file, but containing layers for each. Very cool.
