Neostream has a useless preloader if you ask me. Haven’t checked it in a while, but as far as I remember it’s an annoying sound, just getting louder and louder, and a face that gets more and more battered.

It’s not even a preloader as far as I'm concerned, I mean how do you know how many volts it needs to reach the finish?

If it was 5 or 20, you just of no idea how long you have to wait. It what happens when you put too much of the wow factor in I think, it can be over done if you’re not careful.

I personally like the load bars for preloaders. Just a swift short animation to get it on and a swift short 1 to get it off, on and off lasting no more than a second

whoswe isn't a preloader. The preloader itself is large enough to be a main page of a site, kinda defetes the object.

    Simple, smooth.
    I Agree!

Those personal preloaders are fine, but let's get back to posting COOL preloaders.

Maybe not the best but still very stylish - sean john

There was a post last year some time that had an outline of an animated guy running who then jumped into the page and then opened up to form the main site, anyone remember this (i think its an FK members iste) .
