Importing video in MX, exporting in F5 not working

I have this small movieclip I want to use in my Flash project, but I have to export to F5, but I cannot find a way to import in frames (like with a gif in F5), instead of the whole movie.

    Any workaround for this?

    Hi.
Flash 5 will import Quicktime videos as a sequence of images which you can use to export as a Flash 5 video SWF. There won't be any bandwidth contraints and you'll have to sync up the audio separately, but it works.
FYI, our software, Flix, can encode both MX video SWFs and Flash 5 compatible SWF videos.

Jb, thanks for the reply. But I did know that already. What I am saying is, I want my MX version to also import the small clip I made in avi/mov format to import it as a sequence. So I can export to F5 format.

As it is now, thatwon't work :/
