Need help changing this to a vector image

I am getting shirts made up for my company and I need to make my logo into a vector graphic. I don't think I have the tools (software) to do this other than Flash MX but I don't quite understand how to do it. If anyone out there can help please reply.

with flash open it in flash the trace bit map under modify

hm, trace bitmap always looks chunky..

this is a two minute remake..

first type the text
then on the above layer make a cirkle
skew the cirkle
Ctrl+B break apart the cirkle
delete the part of the cirkle you don't need
maybe set a gradient to fade the edges

voila that's your logo
