(MX) Some problems--please help

I made an animation in flash and this time i use twening animation (a lot of tweening) but when i hit ctrl testmovie my animation works but it's stops for a littel time and then it's work again,this happens several times in the movie, can someone tell me wath to do.
My previews animation was done only with motion tween and i had a lot of simbols, but the movie worked fine.
I use 40 fps in the scene, can u tell me plese how many fps are recomended.

the default frame rate is 12fps, i thinl 40 fps is very fast.
