I have been tinkering away with my brothers Vecta3D and think it's great!! although I have one question, how on earth do these guys at Pamana studios ( http:www.pamana.co-ltd.net ) get to have no sharp edges within their 3d model section?!?
I also have a program called Xara3D that does beveling but importing those animations is non-existant so I have just found out.( Dont ridicule me yet, I new to this thing you "MEN" call Flash! )...ehehe
My Dingbat Brotha wont help so I'm goin ta show him a thing or 2 we girls can do.
Any info about smoothin my edges with Vecta3D would be great
P.s Pamana studios?!? what program are you using?

Not to sound like a broken record, but I think they were made by Swift3d (if you look it says that the models were made with Vecta3d AND Swift3d...)
Swift has really nice bevel controls.

Use a good 3d program, export as 3ds, then import into swift 3d. Not to hard any more.
Best 3d programs, 3D Studio Max (<<--My Favorite), Lightwave, Truespace, Cinama 3d,.... I could go on forever, but these are the only ones I ever use any more.

Actually, I don't think I saw anything on their site that would require a 3D modeling program. The spheres can be made with the push of a button in Swift. The inverse spinning letters could be created using a 3D vector art program that saves to .eps or .ai format and then imported / extruded in Swift. The big floating letters can be created in Swift and exported using the mesh outline function. As Vince mentioned, beveling is easy in Swift 3D
