Website design help....

Hi all,

I am opening up a martial arts school and would like to use the internet as one of my tools. What I would like is something along these lines http://www.budo.co.il/ what I will be teaching is similar to his:http://www.kapap.net

I guess I only really need a template (preferably flash/swish) as I think (and hope) that I could take care of the wording content. I also have images and and a logo ready to go!

What would something like this cost? I am a complete newb when it comes to this stuff.

I may have another job lined up for a friend of mine for the person that could help me with this one.
