nope. my religious faith is not jewish, my genetic makeup is half jewish. I don't believe in any god[s].

conversely my genetic makeup is half arab, as both are from the same race.

I have never blamed the Israelis for the palestine / Israel problem. I have pointed out on numerous occassions that it was created by the last throes of the British empire, I have criticised the Israelis for indiscriminate shelling and missile attacks and I have criticised Hamas for the suicide attacks.

crazy that I don't see everything as an "us versus them" situation, but actually think about things and see right and wrong in both sides of the argument.

Okay, I'm afraid to join in here, but GD what the heck are you talking about.

First, please point me in the direction of ONE of these antisemetic posts which you say are all over the boards. A link or quote will do fine. I personally have not seen one, but since their all over the place enlighten me.

You can't honestly believe just because someone disagrees with an American action, politician, etc., or even if they call Bush "stupid" means they HATE America and all Americans can you??

America is the largest country in the world and it's actions (positive or negative) have an effect on all other countries in the world. Thus it's actions will always be debated, and debate usually have a pro or con side.
What you have to understand is just because one debates against American actions/politics, DOES NOT mean they are debating against America or Americans in general.

America (the country) is like the world's biggest celebrity.
Here comes an analogy

If a kid down the street (smaller countries) were to shoplift, you probably wouldn't here one word about it. Yet a big celebrity (USA) like Wynona Rider steals something and it's all over everywhere worldwide.

Macedonia supported the war in Iraq and me mentioning it now is the first many of you have probably heard of it.
America supports the war in Iraq and everyone knows about it.
(I'm talking about before the war started and the UN had not sided either way)

See the analogy?

Well lets take it one further. Celebrities are always the subject of public scrutiny, it comes with being the biggest or even the best (yes me a non-american is saying America is one of the best countries in the world- but feel free to ignore that comment when you again peg all non-americans as ignorant spiteful, hatefilled people, that hate the US and would kill you should the remote opportunity arise).

Because of that public scrutiny celebrities face ridicule, terrible lies, malicious rumors, and may only hope the public has the brains to tell what is real, and what is the just the newstand garbage.
If most celebrities took each article published about them to heart, they'd go nuts!

America (the world's celebrity) faces ridicule, terrible lies, malicious rumors, etc., also. As an American you should ignore what you know is not true, hope others have the brains to determine what is factual and what is garbage, cause otherwise it will drive you nuts.

America is not the pinnacle of evil nor is it the immaculate country your posts seem to imply.
