top view 3d car

hi, I am making a top view race game. All I need to do is making the art. I want to make a top view 3d graphic of a cart in the style of zelda the windwaker. It doesnt has to be too full of details and all because its gonna be a not so big image. But I suck really bad at 3d, all I know how to use good is swift 3d but I cant make the model I want with it. Does any of you know of some tutorials for 3dsm or plasma wich can will learn me how to make what I want? or is ther some1 that maybe is willing to help me personally ?
