Ive been working on my new site for about two weeks now, started from scratch not knowing anything about the stuff. Ive got a lot to learn about it and will appreciate any suggestions!

Im just learning about alt lines...and tags and other stuff of that nature right now...

Just a few sugestions.
-Make the top logo much smaller.
-I have to scroll ( on a 19inch) to view the menu. Place it so no one have to scroll.
-Get rid of these tags (view source):
<meta name="GENERATOR" content="Microsoft FrontPage 4.0">
<meta name="ProgId" content="FrontPage.Editor.Document">
-don't use &amp;nbsp; to align something.
!!! don't use Frontpage!!!
It gives bad code.

I agree with matthias, and the java rollovers seem a little cocky on a 1024x768 display. try linking with text or a picture instead of java. Good job otherwise!
