Better already, I realse you have only had time to put the new colour on the homepage but yes, I'm glad I suggested the colour thing now.

Can't enter the area. A Password and Name required...

i like the colors but i don't like the way the site works. the bar that you activate when you rollup in the "home , contact" menu looks like it doesn't belong there.. try figure out how to remove the dark blue that stays on the sides of the new bar..

I'm going to change the button colours to match the rest of the site, hopefully this will make the tab menu bar look like it fits.... we'll see. Failing that i'll need to create new buttons!!! Luck me.
Thanks

Now it lookz much more better. Keep up the good work. Experiment with the menu. Try different colourz.

The colours are much better, but I have a few questions:
Do you intend to make all the pages have that orange background or just the homepage? Also, when I look at another page, say for example the card game, and then go back to the homepage it is blue again.
-
Yeah all of the pages will be yellow, I just don't want to loads of work on the whole site just to have to change it again. If I can get the index page right I can then work from there on the rest.
To answer your question it goes back to blue because the page your looking at is index2.htm (a test page) and everything links back to index.htm
So it’s not really a site check it’s a home page check!! Until I get it right at least.
Cheers
Ghost_Flash where are you.... let me know what you think? Cheers

that's better!
just a little thing: why don't you try to put the logo in the center and the "milton keys..." as an only line? just a cosmetic opinion.
keep it up!
-
Yeah, that's a good idea... I'll have a look at that.

Well I've had a play. This is no where near finished but it gives an idea for colour. I am going to make the main buttons a lighter blue (#006d93) and the sub header buttons the same clour as the background.
What do you think?

new colours
have u tried http://www.color-wheel-pro.com/color-schemes.html ?
it seems a bit like redundant/stupeed soft, but it has helped me in some occasions...

p$ why don't u embed the whole content in a table, set its properties to appear in the middle, then it will look centered when used in 1024x768? just an idea,,,
-
Thanks for the reply. That looks good, I'm downloading it now!
Does it not centre for you then? It should!!
I was going to go the table route but i want to hide and show layers so I thought I'd just go that way and use pvii auto center extension for layers.
Let me know if the layers don't centre guys

Ok,
At this point I will address the color situation.
Match the blue background with that in the frame.
Frame Values:
R: 00
G: 82
B: 194
Background Values:
R: 0
G: 102
B: 204
Or, Deepen the background by a couple of shades
darker than the frame. Dark receeds, and it is easier
on your eyes when viewing the foreground images.
It's a good design principle.
Darken what you want to be perceived as in the
background or further away.
If you plan on yellow for the page background, then
make the windows a brighter shade. A few small
changes in color will make a big difference.
I hope this helps you.
I will stick around and think of other ways to
be constructive.

Let me know.
You are going to have to make it easier for those
testing.
Always post the new link.
I had to hunt to find that it was index2.htm
I'm on the new color scheme, but off the top I can
say; Again, your colors are not managed as well as
they could be.
All frame colors should be brighter than the background.
And make sure the shades are not conflicting unless
they are supposed to. I see a box that should blend
with the background.
As shown below in figure 1.

BTW: What is that circle thing anyway?
What do the letters say? mean?
It isn't very clear.
That is about it.
Good luck with your color schemes and the site.
