very nice site.. very nice transitions.

like how the interface changes from the works section to the info section.

also the works in your portfolio are very strong.

only minus is the kinda luggisch 'work in progress' block.

great site you've got there, very clean, simple and easy to use.

i'm not sure i should be saying this but unless you change that green color on the sides your site will always resemble www.driftlab.com

other then that i really like it and your portfolio is very good too, keep up the good work.

sense:: cheers! i may speed up the WIP block

itworks:: lol, yea i thought someone might notice that i took a bit of inspiration from the layout of the great driftlab site. i didnt realise that the bg colours were so close tho. But i like the colour, so ill leave it for now, unless the driftlab creator takes major offence. Glad u like my work

SIte looks very good but one thing you didnt match all browser window resolutions. You should atleast make a scroll bar because my res is 800 X 600 i suppose and the words on the bottom get cut off for me.

I think you should change it to red so that, when tiled along side my site, it will make Christmas colors.

crimson would look good, or brown

    LOL

Originality in web design is rare, and honesty can be a like punching yourself in the face. I should have denied any likeness and claimed my prowess as a web design pioneer.

I probably would have got away with it.

    ...

actually, a brown tint sounds good.

Very nice layout/design. How do you make the drop shadow on the sides to set the page out from the background?

I like it. It did remind me of Driftlab at first, but not so much that I'd have thought it a rip.

    Cheers!

DigitalMac: the shadow is just gradients in five parts two linear ones for the sides and bottom and two radial gradient balls for the corners. Use a grid and snap commands to line everything up.
