.swf file with no borders in html... ?

when i embed my swf in my html file, how do i get my swf to not be scaleable, but have no borders at all in the browser? to put it perhaps more clearly, i've created windows (similar to OS windows) in my flash file that can be dragged around the screen. i have each of them designed to fit (if necessary) on a 800x600 resolution, but if you've got a higher resolution, and thus a bigger browser window, i want you to be able to drag them around as far as you'd like without them getting cut off (allowing users with bigger screens and higher resolutions to view several of my little windows at once). i have not been able to get the windows to drag past the borders of my .swf file.

here is a site that appears to do what i want.

if you go inside this site and into the "photos" section, you notice they open into different windows, and you can drag them wherever you like... also you can scale the window without the content shrinking or growing.. how do i do this?

    thanks in advance ...
