Which drawing programs do you mainly use for your charachters, or do you just do them in flash? The only stuff I've done are stickdeath movies. Those fox ones rule by the way.

I usually draw with pencil and paper, scan it in and trace it over in Flash.

lol, i'm gonna try and do as much animation as possible for my art course. as much as they let me anyway (my teacher is a real "fine art" dude, so he wont like me doing much
