help! how do i keep a swf file small. i've created a flash file and it has numerous symbols and 1 long audio (approx. 2 min.), some audios are longer than others. i have gone as far as deleting all the unused symbols in my library. is there anything else that i can do?

    thanks in advance.

Is there anyway you can optimize your sound any further? sound gobbles up quite a bit of memory.

are you using Flash5?? if so when u go in your library and click the properties for the mp3 file or wav there should be a compression list.. just uncheck the defult one and set it to medium.. that works for me ..reduces the size alot! ..but it will take longer to test your movie because it is compressing the sound so the swf is small!

    hope this works for ya!
