Problem with getting face to move and interact with keys correctly (please help)

I have included my work below, I am trying to make a face which responds to some keys when they are pressed. Ie when you press T it talks and R to stop, B= blush etc. The list is in the notepad document.

I am also trying to make it possible for me to move the face around the screen using the up down right left arrows. I have been able to get this working for frame 1 but when I press any of the actions it will automatically jump back to the middle.

How could I make the face move but then have the actions ie talk, fart, sleepy, happen on the face where it has been moved to not so it jumps back to the centre??
