The image with the requirement text on teh splash page is really artefacty, it might be better as a .gif, but you certainly ned to make it clearer. Also in the mian site you might want to change the defult mx scroller, just change the skin if you arnet gonna make a whole scroller yourself. Apart from that its quite nice. Minty fresh goodness.

deffinatley change the enter page quality. the chances are any potential clients will be on a better connection than 56k so up the quality. when on the site ther was a big delay between pages comin up (baring in mind im on 56k). still, put a load bar or "loading" writing to infrom us 56k'ers that something is comin, just tekkin a while.

I agree about the delay. I'm on DSL and there still seems to be no indicator that you actually clicked anything...or at least for that split second that might make an overly zealous visitor click the thing like mad causing all kinds of problems. just put a simple motion in immediately after the action for confirmation.

You might want to consider your actual design.

It takes 4 clicks (minimum) to get to any content and that is launched in a new window. It is interesting how you've compartmentalized the design so that people can easily access different areas easily without having to go backwards through clicks, but...it is aggrevating to have to make so many clicks just to see some content.

Your news is pretty terse, and scrolling that small box to read any major announcment would be suicide because you can only fit about 5 words on a line at most.

The site looks interesting, but the actual "design" of the site seems to work against any visitor uncovering your content. Technically the site is competent. I didn't see any major problems (I agree someone over zealous might have a click fest...) But let's face it. If you are focused on the technical aspects of your site you really aren't designing in Flash you're just playing with the technology.

technically speaking, I think your site is running well, visually I think you have some unresolved issues. I find the interface a bit too sparse to hold my attention for too long and I'd like to see some sort of additional design element besides the fancy borders. I also felt a negative tone in the wordage you used in the about me and contact sections. Its great that you're upfront about your skills but there must be a better way of describing your mediocre ones.
