sweet promo site, great use of 3d and video in flash, love the details, the fact that you can switch from high to low band at anytime without the whole thing reloading.

can you guess who made this?

There seems to be no difference when you click high and low. Anyone have an idea what is actually goin on with that?

This is one really well thought out site. Mad props!

the difference is the video. In the LOW Bandwidth version, the video (of the man) is not shown, whereas in the HIGH Bandwidth version, the man is shown, and speaking throughout.

    but still not perfect =P

Bad ass site, bad ass truck. I've wanted that new 2004 F-150 since I seen it on Car and Driver TV. I hope to have mine, the XLT.

The site for this is the main keystone ad on MSN today. Funny enough, I went to MSN first, noticed the OTP (over the page ad)and went to check out "learn more" from the link above, which takes you into the site. It has 2A signature...

Based on the site itself, and a fan of 2A since EJ was at Design Insites, I would have to agree that this is among their top 3 pieces of portfolio work they have produced to date. It is simple, and the usability was well executed, especially for using video with After Effects.

Shane, you recently mentioned getting your feet wet with the AE application...and right now I would say you're riding the high-tide! Excellent work. A+

Ford spent over a billion developing that truck, since it is the highest seller of all Ford vehicles, this site just shows that extra effort. Once again, very well done. And yet again, can't wait to get my truck, i see the moonroofs not available just yet, so I'll be waiting, and saving.

    Absolutely amazing.

There has been a huge amount of traffic to that site in the last few hours, so if you can't get in from the link above, try here.

    Link straight from Shane.

a really nice promo piece. and good integration of flash and video.

a question i have is does 2advanced actually make these 3d models, or does ford give them the models? cuz if they actually had to go and construct all those models, thats just too crazy
