    Which online tutorial is better?

I'm thinking of returning my action script book by Mook and spending $25.00 for online tutorials. I think it would be a good investment at this stage of the game.

I would like to know what you guys feel is a better tutorial, http://apex.vtc.com/welcome.php or http://www.lynda.com?

Have any of you used any of them?
    Thanks for your help.

i wouldn't recommend it at all.

keep the book; it will be a reference for the language, not just a quick "press this, click here, do that, and press return and see what you just did". the capacity of learning from a tutorial versus the moock book much more limited in my mind...

    You know where
    Keep the book.

Or else send it to me, and I'll keep the book.

I think that on-line tutorials are (generally) quick fixes, for if and when you have a problem or you are stuck as to how to approach a specific piece of code, where as books will (generally) offer problems from concept to solution - a fuller, more satisfying helping of knowledge.
