hmm... I know what I don't want do do with flash. Which in my opinion is to have long boring intros made of every text effect under the sun. Maybe the main site had something special but I had got far too bored by then.

The web is all about interaction. If i want to watch a movie I'll go to the cinema.

Going on what DeLuxe said, isn't the point of Cool Sites to actually show off someone elses Cool Site? Maybe another forum should be started named Cool Intros. I agree with those who found the intro captivating, but a 'site' refers to content, of which there was none.

I can see what is being said- and it's a good idea about the cool intro board (sarcastic or not)

But what took me about that intro was not the design, it was the pure wit. The wording was very clever. I myself am a a writer and find that cool.....and it's site

However tenuous....have I justified this thread?! Probably not!
