The only decent one we have been able to find is http://www.tek-tips.com

Its a little hard on the eyes but it works. We have toyed with the idea of doing a print design forum which would cover Photoshop and Illustrator.

Let me know if you are interested getting it started.

www.sitepointforums.com has a graphics section, although I'm not too sure of how good it is since i spend my time in the business section. other than that, all I ever went to was www.graphic-forums.com but i havent been there in a year.
