    Just missing something

I'm designing a web site for a tasty little model, but I'm missing something on the portfolio screens.

I'm happy with the rest of the site. Its very simple and clean which she wanted, but the portfolio screens (lingerie, Glamour, editorial) need something to finish the site off. They are a bit plain.

    Anybody give me any hints.

The site does contain a little nudity!!!!

In my oppinion you need to add an image right away when you enter into one of the subsections.(lingeri etc etc.)
they are all blank and you have to click one of the tiny document icons at the buttom.

allso I think that you need to trim your music loop a litle, I don't think that it's tight. Maby change it into something more ambient.

other than that it's pretty nice.

    btw. where's the nudity :-)
I may or may not be that good - but I still make a living - doing Flash

youve achieved a pretty good site, youve really hit home with the "simplicity" side of it, good choice of soft colors(espcially for models, soft colors works well). Her photography really makes the page look nicer too, good quality pics, and not to long to load(plus she hot, that helps too). Some things that I noticed, or suggestions though:

1)the gray blank thumbnails..I didnt understand it, the black tabs come up and stay when clicked, but if you go back to it anc click, they go down, maybe use some small thumbnails? so they know what there gettin into

2)when clicked "portfolio" side links come in from the side, but when clicked another link they dont slide out, maybe have them slide out?

3)i think a picture was repeated under portfolio->glamour, but im to lazy to re-check it, so check that out.

4)you have the title as "index" dunno if that was on purpose or not, just letting you know

other than that, looks really good

    hope this helps

EDIT: one more thing, under portfoilo->glamour, maybe use a pic of her closer up? the gutair pic doesnt really catch the eye(IMO), just seems so "far away"

I like it, you have really focused on the model and not created diversitions(?) in the rest of the site! The design is nice and simple but yet effective.

I do think you have got a hell of a lot of preloaders though. Every single click I did, I had to wait! Perhaps keep the photos more to the portfolio.
"But the site is about her!?" I here you say!
Yes, agreed but you can over kill, and make the interacrivity suffer because of it. If I want to find out about her any simple info I have to wait. Thats my opinion and maybe her target audience have broadband!?

i never thought id say this, but DAMN YOU FLASH.

*frantically right clicks images, the "save picture as" option doesnt come up*

    NOOOOOOO!

pretty nice site, especially the "glamour" section. if your goal was minimalism you accomplished it very well. maybe create "out" page transitions. right now the page goes blank and the masking effect for the new page starts up. there are some minor inconsistencies in the font; sometimes the titles are all caps, etc.

seems like a project i wouldnt mind spending long periods of time working on
