    The Venus Transmission

A very quick and rough site for a colleague of mine. Let me know what you think:

    ;)

Nice site... love the theme, one suggestion though. How about loading the navigation in a higher level than the rest of the site? As it is now, the navigation bar loads again every time you switch section, you don't want that

    Keep up the good work!

Very nice site. I love the graphics, what program did you use to make the guns? Love the music. Very mellow and chill, yet sinister. Great work. keep it up.

Check out my post and let me know what you think.

Pixel fonts will help the clarity of the text.

Well thanks guys, splendid recommendations naturally. I stitched this together on off-hours and was hoping the strength of the illustrations and identity would make up for the lack of time I had on the flash work.

KinnShady: Good idea, should be running the nav in the iFrame with the music score actually.

7year: Most of the firearms are just hand drawn in Flash. A few such as the H&K MP-5 and M-16/M-203 on the wallpapers are 3d models I modified in 3DS and rendered to SWF.

    Fidelity

hothousegraphix: Definitely a good idea, will do.
