Description: A scroller example that uses the Transform action - this keeps the file size to a minimum, and gives a very smooth effect to your scrollers ... These methods can be used for any number of items: image scroller, menu effects, etc.
what version is he using...
i'm using swishmax could someone tell me how to do this transform part?
Unfortunately, I wasn't able to find that exact file. However, one of the great benefits of SwishMax is .... when you open a file with Max if it is an older Swishv2.01 file Max makes the necessary corrections/adjustments (if possible)in order for that file to run in SwishMax. It is automatic.
After the file is opened in SwishMax it would be a case of replacing your pictures/jpgs in place of the ones in the example and modifying it to your specs.
You will also be able to adjust the various effects to your desired liking as well.
Hope this helps.

Sorry, I was looking in the wrong place. Thank you for providing the link.
What changes/adjustments did you try to make to the transform that didn't work?
I have downloaded the file and opened it in SwishMax. It opened perfectly and converted the file to Max version. Brian, in this example, used Swish 2.01.
I have enclosed a SwishMax version of the same file. It works perfectly here. If you haven't done it already, print out the instructions that came with the original tutorial and as you go through it step by step click on the "Script" tab in the new Max version enclosed and you will see how the coding/scripting works. It's all there for you.
The proceedure can look a little over powering, but once you get the hang of how it is done.... it's quite easy.
Once you get the hang of how Brian has done his example... you can then modify this example for your own needs.
If you have any further questions, please feel free to just post them. If it is still giving you some problems just post a "transform scroller" help post and there are lots of people here that can help you.
Hope this helps a little.

Perhaps it might be best to post your file here so we can see what is happening or not happening. ..... this way others can also see your progress and offer helpful suggestions as well.
