    I am doing a poll, who here uses MSN ISP for the internet, broadband and dialup.

    Do you use the MSN browser and can you connect most of the time, also who calls tech support at MSN

    Ya I do, I am just wondering if its true that the software is that hard to use and connect reliable. It seems that the average user doesn't know how to operate a computer, It took my 25 minutes to navigate this guy to the control panel

    ok, Click on Start--> control panel. not kidding how hard is that for even a not so smart person.

    it just seems that there is alot of connectivity problems
