The FLV MIME type is: video/x-flv

I think this is the answer (I definatley know it for NT4 IIS4), but in IIS5 I think it is like:
Control Panel -> Administration Tools -> Internet Information Services
On the left hand side click on + for your local computer so that the list expands so that you can see the Web Site folder. Right Click on Web Site folder, on the pop-up window click on HTTP Headers -> MIME Map -> Click on File Types and new pop-up window click add. Here you register the details of the MIME type.
