    Loding a HTML page from a frame

    Hi there, I have a web page which has two frames. The top frame contains my flash menu, which will update the below fram with a relevant php page. I was just wondering if anyone knew how to make the bottom frame update by clicking a menu item in the above frame. Is this the best way of doing this or is there a better one? Thanks in advance for your help.

    Cheers

    if u named u'r frames like this.
    <frameset rows="80,*" frameborder="NO" border="0" framespacing="0">
    <frame name="top" scrolling="NO" noresize src="top.html" >
    <frame name="body" src="page1.html">
    </frameset>

    then the button action to load new pages into the "body" section of the frameset would look something like this.

    on (release) {
    getURL("newpage.html","body");
    }

    see example

    I just did this a few days ago, I think it's the best way to do it. You have it upload the frame below already. So whats wrong with it?
