    xml policy file?

I've set up an xml policy file, and it's working nicely. However, if the request is coming from an invalid domain or IP, how can I display some sort of error? (popup or something...)

How can I check for an invalid domain? There must be something within flash that tells me. Any ideas?

By invaild domain do you mean that someone has copied your work from your sight and is trying to use your work as their own?

If so I have created a protect system to keep this from happening using flash to protect flash.

As far as HTML I haven't a clue.

sort of... a movie on someone elses server that requests data specific to that ip. I just want to prevent the data from getting there if they decide to put it up on another server (or if someone else puts it on their site.) I realize there's only so much you can do, but I only want to allow the data to flow if it's coming from an ip that I know about, otherwise I want to display some sort of message. I just need to know what flash does if the domain is invalid, coming from the xml policy file that I set up. Thanks for any help!

btw, I looked at e4net.com and didn't see anything like what you described. 'lil help?

No e4net.com is just a tag line I gove out if people want to talk to me by voice.

Do you access your data through Flash only from your site or a vaild site you have set up?

Because I can even stop the flash from being seen if not on a vaild site. This opnly works with Flash SWF files.
