Flash > to> After Effect> and back to > Flash again

Hey ya'll

I'm looking for some 'how-to' suggestions.

I'm having some touble creating an effect in flash, that I can easily create in After Effects, however I am running into some trouble, importing and export from flash to after effect and then back to flash agin. Any recommendations/ or suggestions would be welcome.

What are you doing??

Exprort the image as a jpg or gif then incorperate it with Flash

sorry should have been more specific.

I've created a movie in flash, but I'm having trouble getting the results that I want, but I can create it in AE. So what I want to do is take, what I've created in Flash and finish it in AE. Then bring it back into Flash for the final product.

It is a lot easier to get zoom and camera effect in AE then in Flash
